give me liberty, or give me grandchildren

this past week i spent a few days with my family in richmond, virginia. my brother lives there with his wife, elizabeth, and son, turner. and my parents drove up from atlanta for the week.

my brother lives in a neighborhood named 'church hill', so called because there is a church on a hill. and the church, it turns out, is the one where patrick henry delivered his famous speech.
